Grollo Property

The Grollo family has been an Australian leader in property construction, development and ownership for more than 50 years. Australia's urban and regional landscape is dotted with Grollo buildings and projects, from local swimming pools and shopping centres to landmark towers and state of the art education and commercial facilities.

Over the years, the Grollo Group expanded its traditional role of builder to become a significant property developer and owner, establishing three property companies—Grollo Australia, Groset and Equiset.

Grollo Australia Pty. Ltd. was formed in 1981 as a property owner and management company with its most well-known property being the Rialto Towers in Melbourne. Grollo Australia still owns a half share in this landmark building.

Groset Pty. Ltd focuses on property-related projects in sport, education and tourism, including ownership and development of facilities on Mt Buller for visitors, tourists and students.

Equiset Pty. Ltd. is a leader in property development, project management and construction in the education sector. In its first projects, Equiset developed the University of Melbourne's $250 million University Square and Monash University's Caulfield campus.
